    I happen to know of a multibillionaire that lives in Fletcher. That’s $4 B.

    Another $10 B is mostly in Biltmore Forest, downtown and in scattered gated communities.

    The $.2 B is everyone else. Yippee! That’s our incentive: the majority of us are too lazy to have decent incomes and we just need to do more to become mini-Oprahs! That’s it! That’s the secret to wealth.
