A tale of two Decembers on College Street

Two photos taken exactly two years apart tell a tale of change on College Street. Dec. 2, 2010, had a high temperature of 39 degrees with a trace left of the snow from the day before. Dec. 2, 2012, boasted a balmy 66 degrees, and the only thing falling from the skies was construction dust.

December 2, 2010: Rubble from the recently demolished courthouse annex under a dusting of snow.

December 2, 2012: The old brick courthouse annex is a memory, and so is the view of the courthouse from most of College Street.
