How sick are we of winter?

No, not sick like How To Take a Fall, or even sick like a bear can make you sick, as seen over at WNCOutdoors. Just sick like ready for spring.

Well Around Asheville is noting that the thunder from Pritchard Park means the drum circle is back.

After last week’s rundown of pet peeves, Girl Named Boo let the sunshine in with a list of her Heart Loves.

Hazen Hunter Blog cut off the beard and documented it with pictures.

Also on the haircut front, looks like Hangover Journals doesn’t have lice. (Way to go!).

All around the blog world, little sprouts are popping up, like Liminal Screeds’ mini album reviews and the weekly rundown of notables at Bruisin’ Ales Beer Blog. Speakin’ of beer, it looks like bruising ales is callin’ out Asheville Beer Blog.

Speaking of rising temperatures, have you heard of this global warming thing? The AsheVillein has this 1953 Popular Mechanics story about carbon dioxide and a hotter Earth.

Need some weekend deep thoughts? Makoviney’s discourse on the last two years in town brings up this question: Is Asheville the red pill or the blue pill? Discuss.

    It seems too me the Government has better things too do but too take regular peoples rights away, And their are a lot of herbs out there not harming a soul, but the goverment is trying too take our God given rights away.There’s a lot of street drugs out there that are killing people and the government not doing anything too change that.
