The Asheville Police Department has arrested Jessica Renee Hall, 32, of Candler on charges of assault with a deadly weapon for a hit and run last night at Westville Pub. The victim, Amy Nicole Roberts, 23, also of Candler — and according to police documents an acquaintance of Hall — was taken from the scene to Mission Hospitals for treatment. Hall was arrested shortly after the incident.
