I was in Council chambers, and I’m pretty sure that Terry voted for the slate of P&Z candidates, David. You may have heard Esther’s ‘Aye’ vote come in late over the telephone.

Or, I could be wrong. I checked the Action Agenda & it doesn’t report the vote totals on Board candidate interviews.

Just heard back from City Clerk Maggie Burleson – if fact, Terry did vote in favor. You heard Esther’s ‘aye’ vote come in late over the telephone & sound like a ‘nay’ vote, and assumed it was Terry, because she had been objecting to the process all along.

I registered my discomfort with the ‘vote-by-telephone’ thing. If it isn’t really clear to people sitting on the front row in Council chambers how individual Council members are voting, that’s a problem.
