Next week, look for notification in the mail that you’ve been selected to take part in a citizen’s survey for the city of Asheville. The survey, approved in February by City Council, is intended to gather opinions on city services, infrastructure improvements and the general characteristics of the community.
Postcards will be mailed next week to randomly selected Asheville residents, alerting them that they’ll receive a survey within the following two weeks.
According to a press release by the city, the results will be used to “set performance standards and benchmarks, look at trends over time, and compare Asheville’s results to other communities.”
