Get set for Healthy Kids Day, Saturday, April 13

The YMCA of Western North Carolina and Greenlife will host Healthy Kids Day, Saturday, April 13, at Pack Square, starting at 11 a.m. with a parade. Then it’s all fun till 5 p.m., with music, games and activities that, as the local incarnation of a nationwide event,  brings families together to learn healthier habits that will help them grow and thrive.

Here are a few recommendations from past participants:

“It was cool. It was a really fun day. It really appealed to people my age and not a lot does. The skate boarding was epic!"
