    We don’t need a police oversight board in this town. Thankfully it was turned down by Council. What we do need is a downtown bum oversight board in the summer. Of course the new ranger kiosk at Pritchard Park is a good start. I’ve noticed it’s a bit more orderly over there now. The last thing we need in Asheville is welcoming atmosphere for northern transplant loafers. Oversight these clowns!
