Sick and tired of attack ads

I am so tired of advertisements that slander the opposing candidate. Don't the hopefuls have enough qualifications (or are they just not able to stand on their own record) to be elected without the mudslinging? I will vote for the candidate that has the moral fiber not to resort to name-calling and slander.

How did we get to be a society that places their votes based on the lesser of the evils?

Good luck with that Chuck! Name calling and slander is an effective tool for politicians, along with lies and misinformation. Their job is to win. Moral people lose all the time.

We always have been, no one can please everyone.

“I liked and respected Heath for being a “man of the people” simple, country boy type.”

Personally, I want to send an educated, sophisticated, shrewd, hardworking, complex and ambitious man or woman to Washington; an elite of good character and breeding, not some ragtag, mouth-breathing, tea-bagger type!

Shuler’s latest TV ad against Miller is hard to believe from a Biltmore Baptist …
