Bothwell’s got the skills: whether it’s fixing the water system or a leaky faucet

Elections for City Council and for mayor are right around the corner; early voting for the primary has already started! Cecil Bothwell gets my vote. He is not your typical politician in that he is humble, he listens and he is beholden to no one. That means he owes nobody any favors and can devote his time and efforts to seeing that Asheville stays or becomes: responsible and sustainable in growth, ever mindful of its impact on the
environment; compassionate with its most vulnerable members; and a good place to live, work and raise a family, no matter what level income you have.

Cecil has spoken to all of these issues, time and again. Cecil knows how to evaluate complex issues like the city/county water-system standoff, plus he has the nuts-and-bolts skills to fix a leaky faucet! Who else running for City Council can claim that?

Get to know Cecil, and he'll get your vote, too! Go to: http://cecilbothwell.wordpress.com/ to find out
more.

    Cecil Bothwell has my vote.
He’s a tireless advocate for the rights of the people to “…life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.”
Breaking bread at the Sunday morning breakfast in Pritchard Park in solidarity with women and men in our community who do not have access to safe and affordable homes.
Standing with Physicians for Social Responsibility, Veterans for Peace, ACLU and numerous other groups who take seriously the duty to dissent when government wrongdoing persists.
Raising his voice and using the power of his pen consistently on issues of justice, peace and defense of the Earth.

Gardening, dancing, writing, speaking, listening and campaigning…Cecil Bothwell is a consistent voice and a capable leader in these perilous times.
