Asheville has announced the locations for a weekend of Downtown Master Plan public-input sessions to be held at the end of the month.
Already, large crowds have turned out for public meetings on May 8 and May 15, but the biggest opportunity to get your opinions in the mix will happen on May 30 and 31 and June 1.
On Friday, May 30, a community-education session will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Asheville Community Theater, 35 E. Walnut St. Then, on Saturday, May 31, a day-long brainstorming session will take place from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Randolph Learning Center, 90 Montford Ave.
A final review and “drop in session” will take place on Sunday, June 1, from noon to 3 p.m. at the City’s Office of Economic Development, 29 Haywood St.
