WAYNESVILLE – The Innovative Basketball Training Summer Basketball Camp will take place at the Waynesville Recreation Center on July 7, 8 and 9 from 9 am to 12 noon. This is for boys and girls ages six to 13. Space is limited.
It will be directed by Derek Thomas. He is a 32 year head coach, 2 year college coach, six time coach of the year, won 425 games with 35 different types of championships. His is also in his high school and college Hall of Fame.
The cost of the camp is $125 per person. Full payment can be made or a $50 deposit can be made to reserve a spot. The balance is due at registration.
The registration will take place from 8 to 9 am at the Waynesville Recreation Center on July 7. For more information please call 246-2129 or the Waynesville Parks and Recreation Department at 456-2030.
