RiverLink is seeking arts & crafts vendors to join us for our 15th annual RiverFest & Anything That Floats Parade on Saturday August 9th, 2014.

The festival will be held at the French Broad River Park on Amboy Road between 1pm-7pm (staggered vendor set-up begins at 8:30 am). The festival will be held RAIN or SHINE so prepare for inclement weather.

Similar to last year RiverFest 2014 will include: Live Music & Variety Acts, the Anything That Floats Parade on the River, Opening Ceremony Parade, Kids Area, Kids of All Ages Play Area, Food, Beer, Beverages & Vendors.

We welcome arts & crafts vendors and commercial vendors to join us for this event. The vendor booth fees for Commercial Businesses are $200 and $100 for Arts & Crafts.

The deadline for vendor applications is Tuesday, August 5 and payment is due with the application. Download the application here.

Booth Space 10′ x 10′ and there is no electricity. The vendors are responsible for all setup/takedown, tent, tables, chairs, signage, etc. We will be establishing staggered vendor times due to the congested area; all vehicles will need to be cleared by 12:00pm. Upon arriving, someone will guide you to your booth location.

Anticipate anywhere between 800 to over 1200 visitors to RiverFest 2014. If you have specific needs beyond this, please contact us prior to the event. We hope you will join us to celebrate RiverFest 2014!
