The Asheville Police Department reports that “Ivonne January Goodwin… (in apparent good health) and her vehicle were located at the Quality Inn … in Savannah, Ga.; on [June 14] at approx. 1:23 am. Family and friends have been notified of her location and will be following up with local authorities for further assistance.

The APD release:
On Friday, 06-08-12, at approx. 9:30 pm; the Asheville Police Department was contacted reference a missing person. The complainant in this matter advised Officers that she had not heard from her friend since Monday, 06-04-12; and had been calling and texting her to no avail. A check of her residence had also been done without locating her.
Our missing person in this matter, 32 year old Ivonne January Goodwin, of Brucemont Circle in West Asheville was last seen by friends and colleagues at the Sunny Point Café on Monday, 06-04-12, at approx. 1:00 pm; before leaving for her residence for an appointment with a cable company representative. Ms. Goodwin drives a black 2010 Dodge Calibre with NC registration plate AML-3849
