Local bluegrass band Town Mountain will be performing at Isis Restaurant & Music Hall this Friday, Jan. 18, as part of a benefit show. The concert is presented by FATE (Funding America Through Entertainment) and benefits MANNA Foodbank. Bluegrass band Sanctum Sully also performs.
In advance of that show, Town Mountain (here: Robert Greer on guitar, Jesse Langlais on banjo, Phil Barker on mandolin and Jake Hopping on upright bass) gave an exclusive performance, and talked about future plans (the Mountain Song at Sea cruise in February!) and which songs they most love to play live. Read more about Town Mountain here.
The show is at 8 p.m. on Friday. Tickets are $15 in advance. Go here for complete concert information and a link to buy tickets online.
