Donna Eden, author of Energy Medicine, Energies of Love, Energy Medicine for Women and the Little Book of Energy Medicine will hold an energy medicine workshop on March 20-22 at at “On Broadway” 49 Broadway Street, Asheville. Instruction will be given in hands-on skills for restoring your energy when you are tired, sharpening your memory and mental clarity, strengthening your immune system, increasing health and resilience with a 5-minute daily routine, calming the stress response, and changing habits and eliminating phobias.The workshop takes place Friday, 6-9 p.m., Saturday 9 a.m.-5 p.m. and (with David Feinstein) Sunday 9 a.m.-1 p.m.
