Asheville Downtown Association seeks volunteers for Asheville Oktoberfest
WHAT: Asheville Oktoberfest
WHERE: Pack Square Park
WHEN: Saturday, October 8, 1-6 p.m.
DETAILS: Asheville Downtown Association seeks volunteers to help at Asheville Oktoberfest. Multiple roles are open, including the popular beer pouring shift. Volunteers do not need to be trained, though alcohol servers must complete the Responsible Alcohol Seller Program (a roughly 20-minute online training). In addition to being a fun way to meet active locals, volunteer shifts offer perks like a free t-shirt, invitation to our appreciation parties and more.
Asheville Oktoberfest offers ticketed attendees a chance to sample specialty brews from 26 breweries while partaking in games like the official Sam Adams stein hoisting competition and the organic, free-range chicken dance.
