Haywood Regional to offer free sports physicals May 27

Haywood Regional Medical Center and Haywood Regional Sports Medicine are proudly hosting the annual Free Sports Physicals session on Thursday May 27.   Students may arrive according to the following schedule:

  •   3:30 pm Bethel Middle School
  •  4:15 pm Canton Middle School
  •   5:00 pm Waynesville Middle School
  •  5:45 pm Tuscola and Pisgah High School

Contact your school for a registration packet and please bring completed packet with you. It is not necessary to sign up for an appointment, just come any time during your school’s allotted time frame.

For the parents, there will be a Parent Lounge: 3:30pm – 6:30pm with health information, refreshments, and meet the CEO. Also attendees may ask our Board Certified Specialist in Sports Dietician any sports nutrition questions.  For more information, call 828.452.8080 or the 24 hour referral line at 800.424.DOCS (3627).
