I am a retired pharmaceutical scientist and natural products biochemist. I have sciatic nerve damage that causes severe pain and muscle spasms 24/7 since a car accident in 1999. I was taking twice a day 8mg of buprenorphine an opiate pain medication and three times a day 10mg of Valium for muscle spasms. My pain management doctor recommended that I take CBD oil for break through pain. He suggested I start out with taking 3 drops under my tongue 3 times/day. I was amazed that the severe pain and muscle spasms almost disappeared the first time I took 3 drops of Charlotte’s Web Everyday Plus CBD oil from Nature’s Vitamins & Herbs. That day I did not need to take my second dose of pain meds until 7pm. Previously, because I was in so much pain I would not be able to wait to take the second dose of pain medicine by 1pm. Dang, I’m too late. Arrrrrrrgh! I’ve been looking for a contest so that if I win, I could try CBDs. I want to see how it helps manage anxiety. Today, as an example, I have horrible anxiety. I want to know what happens if I then take a cbd capsule or two. What happens? I’ve checked out comments and looked at prices and it all comes down to risking my $60 to maybe get no benefit at all. I’ve bought things off the net before based on comments and have been very disappointed. Hope I win. Or is the contest over? Probably over.
