Press release from Representative Brian Turner:
Representative Brian Turner is holding what will be his third town hall of 2018 on Thursday, July 12, at 5:30 p.m. in the Community Room at the Enka-Candler Fire & Rescue Station as he returns home to Buncombe County after the legislative session.
As always, attendees are encouraged to ask questions and express any ideas or concerns they may have during the town hall.
Brian will provide updates on the General Assembly’s activities during its recently concluded short session, including proposed constitutional amendments, bills passed, and other legislative business.
Town Halls have been a regular part of Representative Turner’s constituent outreach, and he has consistently held them across District 116 since he was first elected in 2014.
“Spending time with folks in the community and taking time to discuss complex issues are some of the most important things I do as a Representative, and town halls are a big part of that.” – Rep. Brian Turner.
