The Charles George VAMC (CGVAMC) is dedicated to helping Veterans to get access to the care they need at the right place and at the right time.
On June 20, 2019, at 5 p.m., we will host a Veterans Town Hall, here at the Asheville VAMC. The primary purpose of the town hall is to provide information on how Veterans can access expanded services for care in the community, urgent care and tele-health. Veterans are free to ask questions regarding the CGVAMC.
The CGVAMC leadership will be present to answer questions and concerns presented by Veterans, their families and visitors.

The Charles George VAMC serves approximately 48,000 local Veterans every year.*The MISSION Act is a supplement that will assist in strengthening the nationwide VA Health Care System by empowering Veterans to have more options in their health care decisions. This new expanded care will provide more medical care services to Veterans, especially those Veterans in the more rural areas.
