Notice from Buncombe County Sheriff’s Office:
July 20, 2020 — The Buncombe County Sheriff’s Office is attempting to locate a missing woman from the West Asheville area of Buncombe County.
Elizabeth Swiney Belcher is age 34, a white female, approximately 5’ tall and 95 pounds, with brown eyes and brown hair. She has “Belcher” tattooed on her shoulder and a birthmark on her left hip. Belcher was last seen on July 18, 2020 at a residence on Hat Creek Drive in West Asheville.
Anyone with information about the location of Elizabeth Belcher is asked to contact the Buncombe County Sheriff’s Office at (828) 250-6670 or Asheville-Buncombe CrimeStoppers at (828) 255-5050. Callers can remain anonymous with both numbers.
