Man wanted in multiple larceny cases now charged with armed robbery

Press release from Asheville Police Department:

Asheville, NC (May 27, 2022):  A man wanted on multiple larceny charges by APD now faces robbery charges, including robbery with a dangerous weapon.

Thomas L. Osteen (5/21/1981) is wanted by the Asheville Police Department for organized retail theft and stealing from multiple businesses, primarily in south Asheville.  He now faces additional charges of robbery with a dangerous weapon and common law robbery.  He is considered armed and dangerous.
