UPDATE: Mr. Creasman has been located by APD.
The Buncombe County Sheriff’s Office is attempting to locate a missing man from the Candler area of Buncombe County.
Shannon Dale Creasman is age 47, approximately 5’8” and 180 pounds with brown eyes. He was last heard from August 16th when he spoke with his mother. Shannon is also known to frequent Pisgah View Apartments and the Smokey Park Highway corridor in West Asheville/Candler. Shannon is believed to be driving a Red 2003 Chevy Silverado truck.
Anyone with information about the location of Mr. Creasman is asked to contact the Buncombe County Sheriff’s Office at (828) 250-6670 or submit a tip via the Buncombe County Sheriff’s Office app, which can be downloaded in the Apple or Google Play stores.
