Press release from Asheville Police Department:
Asheville, NC (August 9, 2024): Darius Ramont Brown (07/10/1992) and David Wayne Faubus (06/19/1993) turned themselves in on July 25 for Assault on a Female, Simple Assault, and Misdemeanor Cruelty to Animals charges.
Brown was booked into the Buncombe County Detention Facility and released under a $5,000 unsecured bond issued by a magistrate.
Faubus was booked into the Buncombe County Detention Facility and released under a Written Promise to Appear issued by a magistrate.
