‘Ready to Vote’ community education training

Press release from League of Women Voters of Asheville-Buncombe County:

On Wednesday, September 11, the League of Women Voters Asheville-Buncombe County and the UNCA Political Science department are hosting a nonpartisan “Ready to Vote” Community Education Training with Common Cause North Carolina as part of UNCA’s Semester of Civics and Common Cause’s #UniteNC: Ready to Vote Community Education Tour.

Join us in the Manheimer Room of the Reuter Center at UNC Asheville from 6:00 to 8:00. Learn about the different races on your North Carolina ballot, the latest rules on voting, and receive nonpartisan voting information, so that you can help your friends and neighbors get registered and ready to vote this fall! All are welcome.
