SPIRIT OF INVENTION: In addition to work with Asheville institutions such as URTV and the YMI Cultural Center, artist Valeria Watson has founded Sacred Space Craft Library inside the Refinery Creator Space. The installation currently includes contributions from other local artists of color and Watson’s black doll collection.
