The Henderson County Education Foundation scholarship application portal is now open for 2019 graduating seniors with 32 scholarships available, ranging from $250 to $5,000.
The Education Foundation is proud to announce three new scholarships available for the 2019 year. The Community Tennis Association will award two $1,000 awards for graduating seniors who are active members of their school’s tennis team. The Wingate University Hendersonville Health Sciences Center “Future Leader in Healthcare Scholarship” scholarship will award $250 to a graduating senior from Early College, East, Hendersonville, North and West Henderson High Schools who have a desire to enter a healthcare career. The Hunter Automotive Group will add on a second full-ride scholarship to Blue Ridge Community College for a student interested in the Collision Repair Program. Upon successful completion of the program, that student will be offered a position with the Hunter Automotive Group.
