Due to inclement weather and snowy road conditions, ART bus service is delayed until 10 a.m. today.
City of Asheville offices will open at 9 a.m.
Asheville Street Division crews are out clearing snowy roads. For everyone’s safety, please stay off them this morning, if possible.
