Update from the APD on Nov. 26: Marshall Emery Raber has been safely located.
Press release from the Asheville Police Department:
The Asheville Police Department (APD) is requesting assistance to locate a missing person, Marshall Emery Raber. Raber was last seen on November 13 in the area of 119 Tunnel Road.
Raber is described as a white male, 55 years old, 5’11”, and approximately 210 pounds. He has brown hair and brown eyes.
If anyone has any information on the location of Marshall Emery Raber they are encouraged to contact the Asheville Police Department at (828) 252-1110 or Asheville-Buncombe Crime Stoppers at (828) 255-5050, if they wish to remain anonymous.
