Biltmore Property Group, a full service property management firm for Western North Carolina, has planned a ribbon cutting celebration for their new retail location on Sweeten Creek Road.
“We are extremely pleased to announce that three new tenants have now opened at 55 Sweeten Creek,” says Curtis S. Williams, director of leasing and acquisitions. “Sherwin Williams, Old School Subs & Deli and Asheville Phoenix Properties will diversify the merchant line up for this area.”
According to the news release, the location was redesigned and upfitted to become a multi-tenant complex. 1,600 square feet of retail space remain available.

Biltmore Property Group has just put the finishing touches on a new retail location conveniently located to Historic Biltmore Village. 55 Sweeten Creek Road is the latest construction project to add to the BPG portfolio.
Biltmore Property Group redesigned and repurposed an underutilized building to meet current commercial codes. The infra-structure has been upgraded to support multi-tenant operations. 1600 square feet remains available for lease.
