From Blue Ridge Harley Davidson
Press release
HICKORY, NC – OCT. 1, 2015 – Earlier this month, Blue Ridge Harley-Davidson hosted and participated in the Pink Heals Truck Pull and Poker Run, which helped raise approximately $3,100 for charities in the greater Hickory area. With a successful event under their belt, they decided that they could do more.
Blue Ridge Harley-Davidson will continue supporting the cause from now until the end of 2015. They will do this by donating 10% of sales from the Harley-Davidson Pink Label apparel in their MotorClothes section to the Pink Heals Foothills Chapter.
Pink Heels was created in 2007 to provide visionary leaders and the general public with a program that maintains fund raising dollars locally. Pink Heals brings a community together out of Love, not on behalf of a cause, a ribbon, or a large corporate charity. Pink Heals uses the color pink to represent women and their families, not a specific disease. This is not about breast cancer, but about all illnesses and needs within a community that can be cured or supported by keeping fund raising money local!
