BorgWarner hiring for 60 new positions

In order to keep up with demand and growth, BorgWarner in Arden, NC is adding a third production shift. This third shift means that there are now over 60 new jobs available immediately in Western North Carolina.

These positions include Assemblers, Material Handlers, and Machine Operators. Pay is $12.00 per hour. These jobs offer great pay, opportunities for advancement and opportunities for full time employment. Candidate qualifications include High School Diploma/GED, stable work history, ability to work overtime, and experience working in a production environment is preferred.

“We’re excited to announce that BorgWarner is providing a new line of Turbochargers for General Motors for the 2016 production launch year, ” said Leandro Pena, BorgWarner Human Resource Director. “In turn, we are adding an additional shift to our production resulting in over 60 new jobs here in Western North Carolina. All of this is great news for both BorgWarner and the local economy!”
