The Henderson Times-News reported that Chadwick Jerry Hamby, former principal of Mountain Community School, was arrested Tuesday and charged with exploitation of a minor.

The warrant says Chadwick Jerry Hamby “asked for, received and viewed” two videos of the girl exposing her genitalia. The videos were sent to Hamby by a teacher at the charter school, Deborah Tipton, who was arrested Tuesday and charged with one count of first-degree sexual exploitation of a minor for taking the videos and sending them, the Henderson County Sheriff’s Office said.
