Henderson County 4-H announces agriculture career poster winners

Henderson County 4-H Careers in Agriculture Poster Winners announcement:

Tie – 1st place:  Eoghan Roe, “Beekeeper – What’s the Buzz?” and Taft Hargrove, “Game Warden”

Tie – 2nd Place:  Lily Todd, “Lily’s Pet Med (Veterinarian)” and Andy Jarvis, “Biotechnologies”

Tie – 3rd Place:  Mackenzie Sullivant, “Agricultural Veterinarian” and Zachary Joyce, “Horse Rancher”

The purpose of the contest is to encourage young people, ages 5 – 18 to learn more about careers in agriculture. Winners are determined based on appearance, originality, accuracy, and how easily they are understood. They also must follow an agricultural theme.
