Asheville, NC — 11/08/2024
The Housing Authority City of Asheville (HACA) Board of Commissioners announces that, effective as of yesterday, Monique L. Pierre is no longer serving as President & CEO.
Rhodney Norman has been appointed as the Interim CEO and will assume leadership of the organization while the Board develops the next steps in selecting HACA’s future leadership.
 The Board remains committed to ensuring that HACA continues to fulfill its mission of providing safe and affordable housing to the Asheville community. We will share further updates as this transition progresses.
