Press release:
Ingles Pharmacy and Eblen Charities have teamed up to benefit area children who are uninsured or underinsured. Our partners are helping to provide free vaccines that are required for children who begin Kindergarten or 7th grade this year. The Ingles Pharmacy and Eblen Charities Vaccination Project will coincide with the Tools for Schools distribution on Wednesday, August 16 from 9:00am to 3:00pm. Health care professionals will be on-site to screen those interested in these life-saving vaccines. Thanks to Young Transportation, shuttles will bring you to and from the health department to receive this free service. All uninsured or underinsured children who are in need of these important vaccinations are encouraged to attend. Please bring your child’s vaccination record and insurance or Medicaid information with you. To learn more, please call Eblen Charities at 828-255-3066 or email them at info@eblencharities.org
Special thanks to our partners: Ingles Pharmacy, Eblen Charities, Family Care Black Mountain, Young Transportation, and the Buncombe County Health Department!
