It started with a stage-full of musicians, all dressed in white, except for the backup singers in their glittery dresses. Nile Rodgers and Chic performed a flawless set that also served as a parade of the hits Rodgers has crafted over the past several decades. At one point Rodgers told the audience, “Please don’t think we’re a cover band, they’re all songs I wrote in the first place!”
Or, as @glueandglitter put it, “Sooo Nile Rodgers basically wrote every song ever, I guess?”
