R-1 single-family residential district: single family homes

R-2 residential district: single family homes, duplexes, multifamily residential dwelling units

R-3 residential district: single family homes, duplexes, multifamily residential dwelling units, mobile and manufactured housing and, under conditional use, mobile home parks

CS commercial service district: primarily intended to provide suitable locations for clustered commercial development to encourage commercial activity in areas with access to major traffic arteries and to discourage strip commercial development

PS public service district: intended to be a district that includes, but is not limited to, governmentally owned properties, schools, recreation parks and facilities, emergency services and community clubs
