There are a number of do’s and don’ts when it comes to the third annual Carolina Sketchfest: Do buy tickets in advance (they sold out the first two years), don’t bring the kids (there’s adult language and themes), do like dogs (concession proceeds benefit Brother Wolf Animal Rescue).

At the Feral Chihuahuas Awards Show Show, performed last weekend at NC Stage, the local sketch comedy troupe spoofed Oscars-type productions while scooping up a number of honors for themselves.

“Awards Show” — one of the sketch comedy troupe’s only two full-length programs for this year — takes place March 7 and 8 and 7:30 and 9:30 p.m., at NC Stage.
