We know that last week everyone was pretty much on the same topic, but the election is over and it seems the blog roll is now a little scattered.
Of course, some of you are still riding the Election Day wave, making collages all day or spotting unlikely representations of a vanquished foe.
And for others, like Easy Bake Coven, the fight is not over yet.
The season seems to be sinking in as many of you, like Josh Rosenburg, start to get reflective.
But it seems like there are some gaping holes in the blog world right now as everybody either has something else to do or is just not that into blogging.
We know … last time we said that, Scrutiny Hooligans slapped us around, but then he goes and posts this.
Some lucky ones got some travel time. Arratik visited the Muppets in Atlanta (and yes, we hate it when you call it that). Cranky Pants went to Disney World. And A Year in Asheville spent a week in New York.
George The Bastard, on the other hand, sat at home and watched The Simpsons.
Then there are those who have been taking little breaks. Husband Wanted says it may be awhile before we get updates on her hunt, and Ashevillesloan is apologizing in advance for any migraine-induced absences. And Petulant Rumblings has a nasty case of hydrophobia. Asheville Beer Blog is also offering a mea culpa, but including with it a bunch of groovy beer news. But we should look for more from Stitchin’ Bitch since she quit her job.
Maybe we can hope for an upswing from this tagging thing that’s going around. Reduce Footprints did it, and How to Take a Fall isn’t playing, but still had some revelations.
In the meantime, we have this rumination on male nudity from So Much for Tact to get us through the lean times.
