Please Don't Tell Bacon Old Fashioned
2 oz bacon-infused bourbon
1/2 oz grade B maple syrup
2 dashes of Angostura bitters

Put all ingredients in a mixing glass over cracked ice, stir and strain over fresh ice. Garnish with orange peel.

Sunday Morning (as seen at the Rocket Club)
1 oz bacon vodka
1/2 oz Patron XO
1/2 oz Licor 43
1/2 oz Frangelico
2 oz cream.

Shake briefly with ice, and strain over fresh ice. Top with a sprinkle of cinnamon. Garnish with a few coffee beans.

Rise and Shine (as seen at the Rocket Club)
1 1/2 oz bacon-infused corn whiskey (like Georgia Moon)
1/2 oz Licor 43
1/2 oz creme de cassis

Pour over ice and give a quick stir. Garnish with a sprig of mint or, of course, a slice of bacon.

Rocket Revival
2 oz bacon-infused vodka
1/2 oz Chambord
a few drops of absinthe

Shake vodka and Chambord with plenty of ice, swirl absinthe around chilled cocktail glass, dump out excess, strain the cocktail into the glass. Garnish with lemon twist.

The Peach Stinger
1/2 peach
juice from 1/4 lemon
1 tsp superfine sugar
1 1/2 oz bacon-infused bourbon
1/2 oz amaretto
2 oz cranberry juice
1 oz soda water

Muddle peach, lemon juice and sugar in bottom glass. Add bourbon, amaretto and cranberry then stir. Add ice and top off with soda. Pour it all in a mixing glass and then back into serving glass. Garnish with peach wedge.

Classic (bacon) Manhattan

2 oz bacon-infused bourbon (or rye)
1 oz Italian (aka sweet) vermouth
2 dashes of bitters.

Shake well over ice, strain into chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with cherry.
