Greenway Getdown, an evening of community, celebration and fun for the hold family, will be held Tuesday, May 20, at Unity Church, 1030 Shelburne Road, in Asheville.
The evening will help support the Hominy Valley Greenway.
Food, beverages and raffle prizes will be donated by local businesses. Those attending can learn about improvement projects the organization is working on as we as help raise money. Those interested are invited to become involved.
Parking will be limited. Biking and walking to the event are encouraged by organizers.
