Free Christian health class begins June 14

Hendersonville, N.C. (May 21, 2012) – Community members are invited to a free , eight-week lifestyle transformation class hosted by Park Ridge Health at The Health Adventure in Biltmore Square Mall. Discover the “8 Laws of Health” – Choice, Rest, Environment, Activity, Trust, Interpersonal Relationships, Outlook and Nutrition – at the CREATION Health Series, presented by certified Wellness Instructors. All participants will receive a copy of CREATION Health Discovery, a biblically based guide to health and harmony.

CREATION Health will take place on Thursdays, June 14 to August 2, from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. Space is limited, so participants are encouraged to call 855.PRH.LIFE by June 12 to register.
