Hendersonville, N.C. (July 19 , 2012) – Park Ridge Health is pleased to announce that Rebecca Mumpower, M.D., board-certified in internal medicine, is accepting new patients at Park Ridge Health Internal Medicine, located at 50 Hospital Drive, Suite 2B, in Hendersonville. Dr. Mumpower will provide a wide variety of primary care and disease management services for adult patients.
Dr. Mumpower served as an academic hospitalist and staff physician at Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, Va., until 2011, when she joined Park Ridge Health as a hospitalist. She completed her medical degree and residency in internal medicine at Virginia Commonwealth University, and her undergraduate degree at Emory & Henry College in Emory, Va.
Dr. Mumpower will start seeing patients at her practice on the campus of Park Ridge Health on August 8, and is now taking appointments at 855.PRH.LIFE (855.774.5433).
