MANNA FoodBank seeks volunteers to help pack boxes on Tuesday, Sept. 3. Here are the details from the press release:
Many of the pantries we serve have really been stretched the last few weeks. We are putting together boxes for emergency food assistance, and we need about 200 volunteers (100 in morning, 100 in afternoon) for this Tuesday, Sept 3rd.
MANNA needs you! It’s a challenging time for many families across our region, and our pantries have seen a spike in demand for food assistance.
This Tuesday, September 3rd MANNA is holding an Emergency Food Box Packing event, and we need individuals and groups to help us. Both morning and afternoon shifts are available. Please contact our volunteer coordinator, Max, at mgruber@mannafoodbank.org to reserve your spot today.
