Open casting call for feature film “Seven Days ‘Till Midnight”

PRESS RELEASE:

A film production shooting in Brevard, Transylvania County NC and surrounding areas in February and March are looking to cast multiple featured roles for the film “Seven Days ‘Till Midnight.”

Cine’Foundry Entertainment’s “Seven Days ‘Till Midnight” is the story of Harmon, a man disillusioned with his life, who escapes into the wilderness on a journey of self-discovery. While there, he finds a mysterious place that offers him a chance to go back and change his past, asking the age old question: “If you could go back and change something about your past, would you and what would it be?”

Casting has officially begun for the production, and there will be an open casting call held on Monday, February 1, 2016 at the Transylvania Community Arts Council located at 349 S. Caldwell Street in Brevard, NC, between the hours of 10am – 7pm.

Interested talent must reserve a time slot to audition by calling 828.884.2787. Applicants who are unable to attend the February 1st open call should visit www.sevendaystillmidnight.com/audition for information on how to submit a video audition. All video auditions must be submitted on or before Feb. 1, 2016 for consideration. There is no charge to audition for any role.

CURRENTLY CASTING THE FOLLOWING ROLES:

WILL: MALE – Caucasian 5-8 years old
Will is the painted picture of a boy his age. He is happy, inquisitive and sharp as a tack. He takes no sides in the troubles between his parents, and more or less remains unaffected by their troubles.

CAMPING FEMALE: FEMALE – All Ethnicities 20-25 years old
The Camping Female is a transient of sorts. Mischievous is a best used word to describe her. She is smart, curious and very pretty – and she knows it. She takes pleasure in twisting things up just to see how they unravel.

PASTOR: MALE / FEMALE – All Ethnicities 40-65 years old
The Pastor heads a service in the story. He is wise and learned in his calling. He practices compassion both in his presence and his speech. He is present when Harmon is at his lowest of lows in the story.

EXTRAS: Those interested in background work on the film please send an email to sdtm@cinefoudry.com, subject line: “Extras”, containing a current photo, valid contact information, and a list of dates you are NOT available in February and March.
