Grubhub food delivery service expands to Asheville

Press release from Grubhub:

This week, Grubhub delivery is expanding to Asheville, connecting hungry customers with their favorite restaurants.

Previously, Asheville restaurants on Grubhub supplied their own couriers to deliver through the platform, but by providing Grubhub drivers that can deliver from any local spot, Grubhub delivery now makes it possible for all restaurants to take advantage of delivery to expand their customer base. This also means better restaurant choices and variety for diners!

The details from this week’s launch:

  • Grubhub will now offer on-demand food delivery from Del Vecchios, Fuddruckers, Mojo Kitchen & Lounge, Haywood Lounge and many other local and national favorites.
  • Customers can order via the Grubhub Android or iOS apps, or online at Grubhub.com.
  • Customers can use the code TASTE18 for free delivery on their orders starting now until 8/21.

Grubhub Delivery has expanded its delivery capabilities to dozens of additional markets across 17 states, opening up local restaurants to new customers and providing diners with increased restaurant choice and variety. Grubhub plans to grow its delivery network to reach more than 100 new markets this year and is expanding to 28 markets in August.

The expansion is part of Grubhub’s plan to grow its delivery network to reach more than 100 new markets this year while joining the more than 100 markets throughout the U.S. that are already part of the Grubhub Delivery network.
