Buncombe County calls closed meeting to consult attorney Nov. 7

Notice of special meeting from Buncombe County:

Notice is hereby given that the Board of Commissioners of Buncombe County has called a special meeting in order to call a closed session of the Board to consult with an attorney employed or retained by the public body in order to preserve the attorney-client privilege between the attorney and the public body pursuant to NCGS §143-318.11(a)(3) beginning at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, November 7, 2018 at 200 College Street,  Room 326, in downtown Asheville, North Carolina.

This the 5th day of November, 2018.

Editor’s note: Buncombe County has issued a correction to an earlier notice that it sent out on Nov. 5. The earlier notice said the board would be holding a closed session to discuss a personnel matter.
