A special opportunity to learn the Art of Ascension as taught by the Ishayas will be offered in Asheville on July 13-15. The beginners’ workshop will teach these simple, yet powerful techniques that are based in praise, gratitude and love. Using this meditative practice is extremely useful to release stress from the mind and body and expand conscious awareness.
Our busy minds can keep us distracted from our heart’s desires. This practice allows us to replace thoughts of fear and worry with stability and a connection to the present moment. We can then create more easily and effectively in our lives and increase happiness and success in all areas. It can be used both as a close-eyed meditation and open-eyed as we move about our day.
